In the plan of industry modernization and new technologies adoption, the most important and substantial for technical re-equipment of a plant in 2005-2008 was the following equipment introduction:
Installation and putting into operation of two inductive furnaces by “ EGES ” (8 tons of the metal per hour productivity);
Express-laboratory “Spectromax”, which allows to perform chemical analysis of any alloy within 2-3 minutes on new equipment - practically all chemical elements ;
Currently we are implementing new sand plant by iitalian company "Savelli", moulding equipment by HWS , which will let us produce up to 240 moulds per hour on one automatic moulding machine, flask dimension 1020 õ 850 õ 200/200. The new equipment is designed for simultaneous manufacturing of two different kinds of castings, low-weight castings with cores and heavy castings without cores. Castings are manufactured of grey and high-strength cast iron and steel alloys.
Three automatic lines for core production TS-25 (by Italian company “GiZetta”), with use of "Thermo shock” method on the basis of new bindings have been installed, adjusted and started to the passport regime;
The basis of technical-organizational development in 2006 became elaboration of technical documentation and installation of an automatic line for casting no-bake production and sand recovery on the basis of “OMEGA” equipment. No-bake molding method is intended for manufacturing of any large-sized products of cast iron, low-alloy and high-alloy steel with productivity up to 30 forms per hour, castings weight up to 5000kg. The line enables to receive castings with surface smoothness and excellent running abilities, it allows to reduce work content nearly five-six times, to reduce costs, to increase casting quality and accuracy, reduce machining. The most important feature of no-bake technology is the possibility of molding sand reclamation, which means the sand return to its initial state for its reuse.
Compactor system by “GEMCO" which allows to produce castings 0,5 up to 50kg (Lost Foam method).
New kinds of products are mastered: heating radiator ÐÄ -100 500-1,2; ÌÑ -100 3 ÊÏ 500-1,2; landscape manholes (light round and middle, square); two kinds of storm-water inlets. Pattern equipment designing and manufacturing is made with the multifunctional rapid-action wood-processing milling center MULTIAX using CAM programs. It makes it possible for us to accept orders for pattern and core equipment production.
High-precision vertical machining center KMC-2000 SD by KAO MING Machinery Industrial CO enables machining of different kinds of workpieces with automatically changed tools.
Transmission type shot blasting machine “ SATMAK ” is adopted and used effectively. It's inbuilt into production string of machine-assembly department and it allows obtaining the surface smoothness of heating radiators, which comply with modern requirements; Horizontal turning machine with numerical program control Masturn 54 CNC LIVE TOOL is intended for machining of internal and end surfaces of casting patterns. High-precision vertical milling center C. B. FERRARI M 110 is designed for metal machining (milling, boring, drilling) with automatically changed tools. Thermal furnace produced by «Sistem Teknik» with 5 tons batch volume. Bogie type furnace is used for quenching and annealing of steel castings. Technical characteristics of this furnace allow carrying out practically every thermal processing regime.
